Bay doors

OpenStreetMap rarely records a door, so most buildings here are judged on type. Absence of a tag is absence of a mapper, not absence of a door.

Door type
Minimum doors

The one filter that narrows to what is MAPPED: a door count comes only from a tagged loading dock, so a building with an untagged door cannot satisfy it.

Size

Traced from the building's roofline. A building mapped as a point has no area and is kept in every band rather than hidden by one.

Space type

Nothing ticked means every type.

Migration 119 is applied, so the query works; what is missing is the data. The OpenStreetMap sweep has not been run for any area yet, so `target_coverage.shop_count` is null everywhere and this is a gap in coverage rather than an empty town. Run `node src/cli.ts shops --area "…"` in packages/ingest, apply the SQL it emits, and record the count for that area.

These are buildings that physically fit, mapped in OpenStreetMap — not listings. HailCatch has no commercial lease inventory, so nothing here is known to be available. Call before you drive.
